This image comes to us courtesy of AutoSpy. It captures the heavily camouflaged electric fastback at a charging station. In fact, there are three EVs parked side-by-side. The hawk-eyed among you will have already spotted the N-branded aerodynamic alloy wheels. Their design is very much in line with what we often witness in electric cars. Tires are key active components in ensuring a low drag coefficient to maximize range.

The overall silhouette of the Ioniq 6 resembles the existing model. Interestingly, the two EVs on the far side are the existing models. However, the one with the covers is the N or the updated Ioniq 6. Via the spy media, we know that the updated version of the Ioniq 6 will incorporate split-LED headlamps in contrast to a single panel like on the current model. This will invariably result in a redesigned front bumper and fascia.

The powertrain will likely be the same as the Ioniq 5 N, albeit with a few tweaks. The Ioniq 5 N uses a larger 84 kWh (up from 77.4 kWh) to power two electric motors for an all-wheel-drive configuration. It produces a mammoth 601 hp (641 hp with N Grin Boost) and 739 Nm (545 lb-ft) of peak power and torque. This enables an explosive sprint from 0 to 97 kmph (60 mph) in just 3.25 seconds. In addition to this mill, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 N will even get N-specific equipment including Race Mode, Launch Control, N Grin Boost, Drift Optimizer, etc.
