The RS iteration represents a powerful version of the EV within a relatively affordable price range
The upcoming Skoda Elroq RS was officially teased as we await the debut on April 3. The electric crossover is designed to be yet another RS model in the Czech car marque’s portfolio. While these RS trims of Skoda cars are purely focused on performance, they don’t charge a colossal premium to put them out of the reach of most car buyers. This is especially true when we compare these to other performance car brands.

Skoda Elroq RS Teased
As per the official press release, Skoda will debut the Elroq RS at the Milan Design Week 2025. The teaser encapsulates the first glimpse of the exterior and interior. On the outside, there are some prominent elements including black components, high-gloss black Tech-Deck Face, Skoda Crystal Lighting, a sporty central intake with painted triangular inserts, horizontal black bars flowing into vertical air curtains, aerodynamically optimized wheels with a Mamba Green accent and more.
The teaser even incorporates sneak peeks of the inside. We notice the sporty flat-bottom steering wheel with perforation and a vRS badge. In addition, the seating upholstery is composed of a two-tone theme accentuated by the vRS embroidery on the headrests. Another thing we might encounter is a 13-inch freestanding infotainment display and a digital instrument cluster.
Now, it remains unclear which powertrains the electric crossover will come equipped with in this performance focused avatar. For reference, the existing top trim carries an 82 kWh battery pack which powers the electric motor on the rear axle to generate a healthy 282 hp and 545 Nm (402 lb-ft) of maximum power and torque, respectively. With a WLTP range of 581 km (361 miles), the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) comes up in just 6.6 seconds.
